I have for your consideration a fully rebuilt Husqvarna 2100XP.

IMG_2327.JPG
It has new Nachi bearings, OEM seals, and gaskets. It is running a new OEM 395XP piston. The squish has been cut, and it is fully ported with both finger, and bridge ports. Compression is about 200psi.

The muffler is a 285XP piston with two custom outlets brazed on. The lower opening is screened to prevent anything from being sucked into the muffler when the saw is sat down.

The handlebar has been recovered with Stihl handle hose.

It has had the carb rebuilt, and the governor has been defeated.

The clutch cover is new aftermarket part. The clutch is good, with no chain creep at idle.

It oils very well, and the manual over ride works as it should.

Looks dang good Randy. Eager to get my project finished.

DANG!!!!

Randy, your work never ceases to impress, and your coordination is obviously quite good as well!!!!

I love to watch your saws spitting out shoe-string potatoe-like chunks of wood that builds a foot tall pile in about 30 seconds versus the little chips that my saws dump out....

I am trying to figure out if I should have a two or three or four saw plan and if a pissed off 100cc like this should be part of the plan.....

1.a little top handle for pruning and light work for firewood/sticks

2.a 272 (converted JRed 630) for light to medium-heavy work

3.a bad-azz, pissed off 100cc ported saw for when I just want to have it for the sake of having it and the occasional need of getting to use it....
