Need help! Gonna try a bike saw!

I use the 070/090 rear handles with custom trigger...my first saw used a throttle multiplier to pull a big carb

I had that same problem, mine has a mikuni flat slide carb and needs to pull lots of cable to get from idle to wide open. We made a handle and trigger on the mill that works good.

Any updates? I got the ported CR125 in my shed. Unfortunately this winter will probably be to busy to build.

Not yet, in waiting to close on a house and start after we are all settled in. It will be much easier to move a whole dirt bike as opposed to a bunch of parts.

In the mean time this thread could turn to "How to build your perfect 125cc bike saw"

Yea I prob will take pics as I go then post when completed....my rm250 saw might be sold...don't get me wrong the thing rips but the way jeepys saw turned out..I gonna go all out on this one..big HP and very lightweight... His saw only weighs 49lbs ready to race where mine is 60lbs
