There were some that were not, mostly early 306's and I can not remember the carb # off hand but can go out and look em up.

You're right, not all! The one that's not may be the HS59 "A", all mine are governed "B" series in the 59. Think the A series was also used on 201/223, 360-400, and 450/451 saws.
