Dang bubba! That is Nice!!! I might have to trade my 562xp fer one of those, but with a regular front handle...

...it wont see that 24 often at all..it will wear a 20" total 90% of the time , its fast..nothin else i can say

That 2260 is one nice looking saw. My 2260 was from a very nice form member in NY. The $650 price was for the bar and shipping.
I like the small bar mount , so i chose it over a 562 , i got it last week from terry , its on its 9th or 10th tank and im very happy with it

I like the small bar mount better too! But I bought my 562 long before the 2260 was available...
I have both handles , and the option for heat also if i buy the coil but i probably wont , if the OP intends to keep it stock a 562/2260 is an easy choice , but dealer support is important to some , if so , go with your best dealer

Why do you guys like the small mount better then the large mount? Would the 362cm be considered a large mount?

Small mount makes the saw a little lighter and there are likely more bars to chose from, but it's not that big a deal.

You already have the 2260, just cut wood. It's a hell of a saw!!!
If your cuttin firewood flip a coin , if you do alot of felling and limbing and flip the saw around alot it wont take you long to see the advantages of a 562/2260

The width is actually irrelevant to me and a moot point , theres a few other things that make them handle better
I know where to get one for a few bucks less

Yes, but that's not the main issue with the MS362, anyway it just is a bulkier, less well handling, and heavier saw than the currently made Husky/Jonsered 60cc saws. The inboard clutch is a main factor, but not the only one.

I like my wicked 2260 I got at the WKY-GTG last year. I think the 2260 looks better than a 562. My buddy has been logging with a 562 for two years. Other than when bad fuel caused piston scoring in it and a 7900 on the same day it has been flawless. New pistons and both saws are still running. I had a big selection of small mount bars so a 2260 was a logical choice.
