Thoughts on Mac 4600

There is a Mac 4600 on a local online yard sale for $20 bucks. Does not run. Owner says it needs carburetor service and a new "blade". I have no experience with Macs. I don't need it, just wondering if it's worth anything. I would only fix it and sell it.

Awful fuel line and primer routing, linkages are trash, anti-vibe may as well be rubber bands...i think mine ran for 15 minutes out the box and the fuel line broke, replaced that and almost immediately the rubber intake ripped, couldn't find a new one...and Mac had since gone out of business. Later discovered most of those had sat for years in a warehouse while mac was failing on a corporate level.
