Throttle Cable Length Stihl 011AVT

I picked up a Stihl 011AVT a few days ago and the throttle cable is broken.
I went to one of the local Stihl dealers and got a replacement cable. It seems too long. I suspect that it isn't for a top handle model since by the pictures that I've found, the trigger is closer to the carb on a top handle model than the standard model. The part number on my receipt is 8248.697. The cable is 5 3/4" long from tip to tip.

Thought I'd check with the pros before I went back to the dealer:sword: and embarrassed myself.

Well, if it doesn't work, take it back. I think your reasoning of top handle vs rear handle could be the cause.
