What Stihl saw do you think this is

Being sold locallly for 120$ without pestering the seller how would I find the model number easily without traveling 30 min to see it.
Things to look out for on a used saw?

A photo shows 311y which I think they believe is the model number. Reading here proves otherwise

Looks like 1127 series i.e. 029. It would be interesting to see if it has screw-on or flip-up style oil and gas caps.

That should have flippy caps, 029 should have model tag on top of saw, that should be a 290. Still 1127 series though.

I would lean more towards an 029. The filter cover is more block shaped and has a knob on it.

The 290 has a more rounded cover with a 1/4 turn lever. I agree that an 029 should have a model plate though...

If it is an 029, it has had the rear handle portion changed to a 290 style, otherwise it would have a recessed area for the "Stihl 029" tag on the top.
