The Princess 385 done by Tree Monkey was very impressive. It was amazing how much faster it was then the ported 660's we were running.

Yep....that saw flat hauls ass.

Scott's work is top shelf......it was running his saws that convinced me to begin trying my hand at grinding ports.

My PP655 (non BP) is to date. Still need to get it all dialed right, and different chain, but wow! Old school grunt for sure...
Wish someone local sold .404....
Debating if it needs a trip to TN for some grinder work, or leave her stock...

This saw is fairly impressive even if it is old. 1930 something.

This one is from 1970 and has more power. 16 inch blade.

Got to run a 880 with a 47" hardnose bar today at work to flushcut a 6' red oak ! With gas ,oil ,bar and chain she must weigh 40+ lbs but man does it eat... And for reliability the 362's we have at work get dogged 6-8 hrs a day with 25" bars and still run like new after almost 2 years...

So guys are we talking work saws or anything that has a b/c and cuts? I haven't had the priveledge to run a autotune yet so my choice would be my 372. That thing impresses the hell out of me still and she is getting old. If were talking anything i would say my old piped alky 3120. I have never competed with it but damn did that thing scream. Stock rod and all but it held up for the max 30 seconds of cutting it would ever do at one time. 20" bar and a 12 pin rim it better impress. Fastest cut i ever did thats for sure :msp_thumbup:

I had to get the 241 done and outta here.....

There are pro's and con's to being good at your craft. Everyone sends you work but you can only get it done so fast so it makes it tough to smell the roses so to speak. Good news for me I'm not good at anything so I've got plenty of time to spare.:msp_biggrin:
