What's this saw worth?

I turn over a lot of 250's around here. Buy them from $75 to $125, clean them up, new plug, fuel filter (lines if needed) and paint the bar if it is in bad shape. Sell for around $200 to $225. They sell as fast as I can list them. With a case, I could get that same amount around here easy.

When selling this saw, you are not targeting an aboristsite member, you are looking for average joe homeowner that wants the Stihl on his block where everyone owns a Home Depot special. Cheezy ads work here. I usually put "Tired of buying throw away chainsaws?" in the title. :msp_wink:

That 025 will look really nice with a little cleaning. Around Houston you could probably get $175.00 to $200.00 easy, maybe even more with the extras.

$75 - $125-ish......Max IMO

Not knocking it but $75-$125.havent had too much luck out of the small stihls myself.
