My saw use is limited to processing firewood for my own use. I rarely have access to much over 20" in diameter, so the below list keeps my supply plentiful.

Stihl 017 - free from a nice yard sale lady who couldn't get it started. BTW, works great and is my prefered firewood saw when cutting treetops and deadfall, which accounts for most of my burning.

Stihl 028 - also free but has issues. Project for the winter.

Johnsered CS21455- $20 used.

Homelite 240 - free at a yard sale. Just rehabbed it. Mighty dirty and had old gas. Haven't given it much of a workout yet. Prior owner must've grounded the chain multiple times. Runs strong but chain barely cut through the bark of a length of oak in my pile.

Mac 550 - Free, non-functional. I'll get to this after I rehab the Stihl.

Some kind of Craftsman. Haven't used it in years.

McCulloch Pro Mac 610 - $25 (needed fuel line, runs great)
Husky Model 40 - $40 (needed nothing, runs and looks like new)

Both off of craigs list (no shipping charge FTW !:rockn: )
