Tommy,

What the heck are ya doin on here so early, business so durn good ya only workin 4 days / week??!!
Where's that Steve fella these days??
Paul

Business is good. Hell I just ran one outta here yesterday for being an azz and told another one a few minutes ago the door is behind ya. He wanted his chains done right now, I told him where he could stick em. Right now I got a saw in the cuda getting washed so I got a spare minute here.

Steve done went and got hooked up with some woman so he doesn't post much anymore. I think he likes booty more than AS, he's young,LOL

They should call you the "The last word" instead of "The champ". Anyway... don't hurt no customers today for being "tards".

Just messing with ya. Yeah now that we had a ton of rain the grass is growing like crazy down here. Everyone and their mother is wanting this and that right now. Don't mind that at all providing they are willing to pay but when they want it for free like some do I draw the line and sendem packing, I tellem politely to go over to Good Will, maybe they will fix you up for nothing. Some laff and pay up, some get ticked and leave, some wanna argue but in the house of Hall they are wasting their time and mine,LOL You'd be surpized how many try the bud system to aviod paying the bill. We don't need buds like them. All part of the biz, tant no biggie. Every dealer has to put up with the same stuff. We're used to it, ask Spike, he'll tell ya the samething..

I think your on to something here Redneck. Maybe some would take it a little less personal if we bashed each other's wives instead of saw brands?

My wife is blonde and blondes kick butt, Redheads s,,,

Ooops guess that wont work either:buttkick:

So, it appears that the harmony which this thread was supposed to inspire, is not making a great deal of progress. At least it's good natured clowning around.

Can we shift gears a minute and talk about another topic? It's an issue that most of us dealers have to face from time to time. Customer bribes. That's right, customers often attempt to bribe us in order to get some special treatment, usually a quicker turn around on a repair.

A couple of hours ago, a guy I know comes in with a saw that won't start. It's Friday afternoon, and I've got enough loose ends to tie up, and I really don't need to add another job to the list. So what does this self interested and unscrupulous customer say to me? "I just tapped a keg of nut brown ale." Can you believe that guy?

Saw is done, he's on the way home, and I'm mighty thirsty. :givebeer:
