Hey Mitch,

Do you have any low-profile McCulloch application HL's to part with? Should be HL19-something or HL63-something. I could use a few, especialy if they're from McCulloch 200/250/300/380 type saws with the non-governor type throttle linkage.

Couple 82A's so far but I have more in a box somewhere LOL. Will keep ya posted.

Pictures of the carb off of the Buz, kinda hard to get a good picture....

Still working on locating the carb but I know I have it. Is this the linkage and gas caps you need?

Thanks Mitch. Just let me know when you've had a chance to do a bit more diggin'. What application are 82A's from? Homelites? The Mac low-pro HL's I have so far have been HL19B and HL63A if I'm not mistaken.

Yes Homies. There is a local black hole for all that is Mac. To get your hands on on is a miracle around here LOL. I have many of these....HL26A All the others are in a box somewhere from the move. What is the venturi size you are looking for?

I could use the flywheel housing from that Homelite if it's not cracked/broken, and if you'd part with it. Need one for my Original EZ, as mine's busted (prior owner). That cover will work on an EZ/EZ6 correct? I can repaint it red...

On that particular Homie HL, the only thing I really need is the little throttle arm on the end of the shaft. I'm converting the HL63A (I'd have to double check that number) on my McCulloch 790 from governed to non-governed. The arm that's on my HL63A is unsuitable for a 'direct' connection with the trigger link. The governed style Mac HL's have an arm that is just 'pulled back' by the throttle link (end of the link just 'rests' in front of the hook-shaped arm). There's no hole in the arm for a link, and the arm is too thin to drill in the right spot. Fortunately, the arms are held on with a screw...

I'm looking for an HL to run on my McCulloch 550 and one for my Super 250. Probably could use one for Randy's 790 too if his primer flatback isn't salvageable. Not sure what venturi sizes I need here. I have an HL19B (IIRC) on a parts Mac 200 that'd probably be fine for my Super 250, as long as the venturi isn't too small for it. If that one will work, then I'm looking for two additional HL's (one for the 550 plus one for Randy's 790).

I'm guessing the "McCulloch Black Hole" of which you speak is in Dike, Iowa. You filmed the 550 that I'm refitting with an HL shortly before it headed to Ca if I'm not mistaken. Hope Mark isn't too iritated with me for wanting to replace that primer-flatback with a Tilly HL....:D

Those are the oil and gas caps I need. As for the linkage, I need the actual throttle shaft setup in the carb. I got some carb information from the chainsawlady, the buz could have a Tillotson 82A or a Brown 9CP. The current carb I have is off of a Wiz55 and the throttle shaft is not the correct setup. The Buz had no carb when I received it.

O in that case, I have a junk carb with the throttle shaft/butterfly on my bench (82A). Figured you needed a good complete carb. PM me your add
