Want in? They're gonna be 4-point -- laser cut from 3,mm Domex.

Domex is very, very tough stuff! :msp_thumbup:

These will fit: 044/MS440, 064, 066/MS660

The roller catcher hole doesn't line up on the 460, so the outer dog is different because of that.

Because of info in the above quote, I will have to work up some 046/460 dogs as they're different enough to matter on fit-up. Or you can just slot the catcher hole to make it work.

Anyway, shipped to your door they're $24.00 (lower 48) -- I'm not making money, that's the cost plus a Priority Mail box.

Let me know, I'm fix'n to order soon.

Here's what they look like in the hand. (template wise)

BTW, thinking of buying myself some new fancy pants roller/catchers for the bottom of mine. . . Figured I'd see if Bailey's would do a deal on a batch. (Stihl 1122 650 7700)

I'm gonna get 4 fer myself, so let me know if you'd want a new one too, and I could throw it in the box with the dogs. I'd just charge cost for them as well.

I want the roller catcher on mine as well.

These should also work on the 046 also without any modifications. You may just want to change the title to 044/MS440, 046/MS460, 064, 066/MS660 to clear up which models they will work on.

Seems like when my buddy was templating off of 044 dogs, for a 460 -- the holes weren't exactly the same.

You're probably right though Brad, I'll see about amending the title.

Ok. I just looked at the IPL's and the bigger inner spikes for both an 044 and 046 are 1122 664 0506. To my recollection they should work fine on an 046/460, but JJ or someone else may know differently.

Here's all the part numbers. Pro safety lists two different sets. One for all but the 046/460.

440/460 inner 1122 664 0506
440 outer 1122 664 0501
460 outer 1128 664 0501
660 inner 1122 664 0508
outer 1122 664 0503

the roller catcher hole doesn't line up on the 460 ,outer dog is different because of that ,are you going to be making 461 dogs ?,those look like the 4 points i run now ,i like them a lot ,the 461 uses same inner as 460 and 440 outers on all 3 saws are slightly different

Instead of the title, I just amended the first post. :msp_thumbsup:

We need to get the 441 and 461 part numbers for the spikes on here as well.

Maybe it was the roller catcher hole I was thinking of, and he slotted the mount holes a bit to make it fit??

I could do 461's -- I'd need a saw to make it work, or a good template of the existing dogs to work with. The hardest part of templating in CAD, is the offset from the front of the inner/outer dogs, to the rear mounting positions. It takes me a while to make sure it's right.
