There are some very experience people on this site who would disagree with you, so your ranting really means nothing. I'm glad U think U are so self important.

And Clint, those 7900s R nice saws, great power to wt ratio.

Let's let this thread get back on track.

of course you would want that after you get the last word. are you german mike? everything would make perfect sense if that were the case.

There's a track? How can you tell?

Well U make it so easy, U don't even realize that I don't drive a BMW! Now how did that get past ya?

that's right, you drive a ford which is a cover up. even henry ford had some german in him :p i'd rather drive a mercedes then that POS :D

I still need to go back and get the other 50' from the butt of this tree. This is from the middle. The 32" bar would barely reach all the way... The butt is about 4'.

The 7900 runs awesome! Thanks, Mastermind! :hi:

Clint, not to ask a dumb question but how are you getting those rounds in the truck? Those are massive! When I cut that large, it's either Red Oak or Hedge and in either case a lot of noodling is involved (as I own neither a tractor nor skidsteer) to avoid herniation. I can squat 500 clean so I'm not on the pansy wagon either... I'm impressed regardless of your method.

Mike, it seems a guy that's into high performance Fords would run high performance Swedish saws.

Just something I've wondered about?

Had a Volkswagen or two years ago.

I like Fords myself...:)

I wasn't asking U Randy, I know how old U R. U just said "it ain't over".

Don, I'm likely into Fords because growing up my Dad knew a Ford Executive that got him "pre owned" cars at a great price. I learned to drive on a 64 with a 352 and posi. Then he got a car for my Mom that was "pre owned" by Charlotte Ford, a 65 Country Squire with a 390, was only 6 weeks old. I have a lot of stories with both those cars.

Purchased my first 044 from a place that was going out of business, got it on sale. I was heating my house with wood at the time and had a truckload of logs delivered, so I needed a good saw to make quick work of them. Was so much better than the two Homelites I had at the time I never looked back. Just the way it was. I like my saws, but U don't see me knock other brands. I can understand someone being equally happy with various brands.

As long as what U have works for U.
