GTG in Indiana?

Hey everyone, I see alot of GTG in the states surrounding me but none in Indiana. Im in the North East part so Kentucky and Tennessee are a drive but a Michigan one would be close.

Yes, in Ohio by my backyard is a stone's throw from Indiana. Literally.

Haven't been to a GTG but it sure would be fun,

I live near Wellington Ohio. If your unfamiliar, it's about 45 minutes Southwest of Cleveland.

I'd love to see one in Ohio/Indiana this fall. I've yet to go to a GTG this year. Something closer to home would be good.

Your place? If so, I will come in from the back this time... I can make some chili or we could do a stew. If the latter, I will need to know by the 21st so I can bring my pot back from VA.

I used to attend gtg's in Indiana just south of Indy. Back in 07-09 time frame I think.

Elect right on, that sounds awesome, I would to be in if you have! I've never been to one so from what I understand we gather some where and watch guys cut cookies and what not, talk about porting. Maybe do some saw racing. Drink some beer and eat some chili, unwind by the camp fire? I can understand time in getting it together but expense wise what's the cost if people bring stuff?

Great just talking about it has me ready to go!

Someone has to gather and set up the wood. Most people don't have a bunch of 30" trees they can drop in their back yard to have one so they have to scrounge or buy logs.

The tree guy that is 10 minutes south of me has a huge pile of logs. I know they cut them up and sell them for firewood. Maybe I can talk him into letting us cut firewood instead of cookies. Anyone be into that?
