I have both a 562 and 2260. I prefer the 2260, but still run 3/8" on it. Tried .325 but didn't feel it cut as fast.I'd buy 'another' 562xp in a heart beat. But might rather have a 555 or 2260 for the small mount.

I'd run 3/8 also, no .325 on a 60cc saw for me.I have both a 562 and 2260. I prefer the 2260, but still run 3/8" on it. Tried .325 but didn't feel it cut as fast.
I watched this vid- . I like the idea of the saw running cooler with a muffler mod, but without having the software for the autotune how well do we really know whats going on.
A few guys hooked up a saw after porting and it was supplying something like 95% of available fuel. So not only did it compensate, it had extra fuel available. All reports say these saws run better in every way with a MM and even porting.
Can the 560xp's be purchased anywhere...do they have the small mount like thee 555?
Thats what I figured, would need to be shipped from overseas then. I wish we had the 560 here, I would rather of gotten that over the 562.Not anywhere in the US, but yes, they use small mount bars.
Jonsered 2260 is the sister saw to the 560.Thats what I figured, would need to be shipped from overseas then. I wish we had the 560 here, I would rather of gotten that over the 562.
get a bonafide oregon tip.

I see no benefit to running .325 on a saw this size. 3/8 with a 20" is a sweet combo.
