Jonsered CS 2156 C

Saw a Jonesered CS 2156 C in a pawn shop recently. If I recall price was right at $200.
My question, I know it's similar to the Husky 357XP E Tech but is it an EPS burdened saw?
And if so can you pull the limiters and adjust the carb?

Does it have a green fuel cap? Not a great place to start as caps are replaceable. But the 2156 was in 2 variants like the 357. E tech and not. The green caps were e tech. My 357's and 2165 I have had did not have limiters. So there is a good chance the 2156 won't either. Either way the can be removed with e knife.
