I live in an area with old timers and horse farms. It has to be a passerby not from the area. You could be right I need to ask the mail lady.

Someone took a fishing rod out of the tube it was in. I ordered two rods and received one. Sounds like a inside shipper job.? It went from the USPS truck to my back door.

But my neighborhood is good.

If it happens again, you will lose if the return is filed through E-Bay. So you might want to have a "discussion" with the Postmaster.....

You always hear of those people that follow the FedEx or UPS around and take packages that they think are good but if this is a mail lady they might have to follow a while before a decent package is left?
