Here is a picture of the solder tin I checked the squish with before and after I cut the base.

I made a nossle in the cylinder for the pulsline... The hole does not go through the cylinder wall it goes down the base

It looks real close to the intake spigot,is there enough room to get an intake boot on?

There is plenty of room.. The carb is installed and working... Had the saw started just for a couple of seconds... It runs...!
