1110-086-0500 flywheel for 041 farmboss

Having a prob finding a flywheel for a 041 farmboss. Old style 1110-086-0500.
I keep shearing keys and am pretty sure some fins are slighty bent and rubs
the recoil housing. When pulling the starter cord feels like it is grabbing trying
to lock up. I had it running a couple times and soon as I touch wood for a sec
the key shears. Looks like someone had trouble getting the rotor off and and pried underneath the aluminum fin housing. Appreciate any help.

Thanks

It sounds like you have other issues. Bad bearings make cause this. Make sure the nut that holds the flywheel on is torqued properly. The key way is only for alignment for timing.

Got the air filter cover and top handle, the air filter screw is in the cover.

Now, the cover was sprayed with clear, it ain't purty, but could be fixed. The top handle has no rubber. If you want pics send me a PM.
