Just found this thread yesterday. Boy does it move fast. I also posted a want ad in the classifieds section but with all the action this thread gets I'm guessing this is a better location.

I'm looking for a 372xp project saw. Would like something worth building/fixing. Mostly complete and in need of repairs. I'd consider a saw in a box as long as the parts are there.

Would rather pay cash but I have a good running PM 700 I might be able to part with. Or a jred 450. runs good also. I'm just starting to come down with CAD so I haven't collected much yet...

IIRC, the rings for XL-12 and XL-101 saws are the same, but the pistons are different. Might as well look for an SXL parts saw to get a good used P/C.

-Mac 300 Complete with a 18" Mac bar
-Mac 1010
-Homelite XL12 with Homelite bar

I will trade on about anything.

I also have a couple of small mount Husky bars, 18"-20", .325 and 3/8 with chains.

What I need:
-A NICE 029/290 series clutch cover
-16" or 18" Stihl bar, .325
-Air filter and air filter cover for a 036
