Any of you TS-410/420 drivers need some plastics? They are pretty beat up but not broken. Cases were broken on the saw, and not worth fixing. I recycled most if the mag already, but just didn't think I should toss the plastic. Cylinder is available also. Never scored, but one exh bolt hole is oversize to M6. Flywheel is there, but missing a fin. Free to first person who wants it (you pay shipping)

I badly need the rear section of the air filter box, also the screws and a filter for a friends that I 've had here way to long. So any of that or all I'd gladly pay shipping or possibly I have something you need.

I can use the rest of it, especially the crank and cylinder. Let me know...

PM or email me a list of what you need. I can probably set you both up. Coil is already gone. Guy who owns the Stihl shop got this saw with the idea of fixing until we found the cases broken. I told him I'd pull anything that was good enough to sell as used and tag it with P/N for him. I'll check and see if he wants the crank or not.

Allrighty. I can use any of the engine parts that are available and of course I have goodies to trade (Poulan 8500.)

Looking to trade some of these off for some modern reliability. I have a little firewood business going quite well on the side and would like to slim down the "vintage/project saws" and trade them in for some modern work saws.

This would be the place to make that happen.

I would be interested in more modern saws, in the 50-80cc range, that are pretty much ready to go. Take one, take all. Trades and nasty green are all welcome forms of "trade meat"

All saws are powerheads only, and I will do my best to accurately describe each.

First off, McCulloch CP70, needs a few hardware bits, and will run, but possibly leaking a little air. This saw is in overall nice condition and appears to be complete. I installed a new intake boot. Piston and cylinder are in good shape, excellent compression. It will need the correct throttle trigger, the one on it is not correct for the throttle interlock. This one of the saws used in "Sometimes A Great Notion." Check out the nice full wrap. Has DSP valve instead of the poppet type decomp.

McCulloch SP60, overall good shape, has spark and compression, clean. Needs some work to make run properly. Could use a new fuel line. Has a crack in the clutch cover.

J-red 49sp, good runner, excellent compression, complete. Has a short rope. Muffler has been opened up. Adding a deflector wouldn't hurt it any.

Drop me a PM if you have any interest in any of these, please don't PM me if you have 3 Homelite XLs and a Poulan 1.8 motor you would like to trade for them.

Thanks,

Chris

Also up for trade....

A really nice McCulloch 7-10. Great runner, very powerful. Overall very nice shape, shouldn't need a single thing. This saw here is an earlier variation of a PM700, with some minor differences, as well as believed to have a little hotter porting inside the motor.

Here is the PM850.....This saw runs great, just needs one part that I haven't gotten around to. The bar oiler leaks a little oil into the crankcase when you use the manual oiler. The gasket is a buck, and it takes 1 screw, one bolt and all of about 5 minutes to replace. Has a basically new McCulloch 28" bar with Carlton chisel chain. AV mounts as getting a bit worn, so you may want to replace them down the line. Other than that, a great saw. You may own it, still doesn't make you half the badas* RandyMac is.

Jay-

I'm going to use the parts to make a custom "rail saw" for a logger buddy. He's an older guy (76) that can't really lug around the TS-760 anymore.

If you have TS parts I can swap you. Mostly what I'm looking for is stuff to build a 410/420 for this guy.
