Value of 8 acres of pine

Looking at buying some property to farm and wanted a rough guesstimate as to the value of the lumber. The trees average in size, most are around 12" diameter.. not very dense growth (guessing 3-5 trees per 100 sq feet).

What could I expect in value for this?
