I'd venture to say that some assembly tech in Virginia Beach dropped a peanut butter and banana sandwich in the jug during assembly.

Tommie, what date was your last visit to the plant? What's the manufacture date on that saw?

:monkey:

Hmmmmm......:monkey:

You're kidding right? Tommie is THE CHAMP and can hold his own. The 'Leesburg Lip' backs down from NO one.

My three sixty-one has varnish on the piston,
But it sounds alright when I take a listen,

I rev it up good and put it in the wood,
Cuts just as good as I know it should,

But I'm just not happy with my new saw,
So off to Lessburg to see ole Tommie Hall,

So Tommie says for you I will go to bat,
So he talked to Stihl, that's the end of that,

So he gets a new jug and shiney piston too,
When it went together off fell a little doo,

So in a few months the varnish is now new,
Brylcreem - A Little Dab'll Do Ya.

You gonna answer the question or just put more doo on your hair?

Welp if ya must knows I was there when that saw was bein put together. I bents over it and some of my doo glue did rolls off my head down in the sparky plug hole. I don't think it had anything to do with the varnish on that piston though, my doo glue comes out the tube blue, be leaves its or knots,LOLOL
