When I took my dog over to Birmingham for his leg operation, I had a spot of PI on my arm. My stepdaughter told me bleach on the spot would take the itch out and make it dry up. We did it and it worked. So it works on the plants and on us too.

My mature woods had vines up to 6+ inches in diameter! First year I spend at least a full DAY with an old axe cutting all of the mature vines at the base. I soon learned to take out about the bottom two feet or so, just so I could keep track. Picked up a tip on here of using a short handled pitch fork & same ax to make 12' sections to peel off after they are aged a bit & down (ax & fork are dedicated to the job).

Been lucky so far - knock on wood... (pun intended)
