    Bugs have nothing to do with the bark, and a little bark flaking off when wood is dry is not a big deal. Buy a nice shop vac and keep it near the fireplace

    Is there a good way to find out who has any non ethanol, besides driving to every gas station within 30 miles? Anyway im in NJ... highly doubt theres any around here. I guess 100LL it is for me as well. Thats cool though, its what I run in the atv

    I heat a closed floor plan home at about 3000 sp ft with mine, so the damper stays wide open almost all the time, unless it gets to warm in the house or if its burning overnight

    Log skidding,Never done it, tips, and advice

    I drag some decent sized stuff with my gasser 4x4 f250. Some 2ft pin oak 12 ft long was heaviest log pulled. Dont worry so much about power....if it has enough power to spin the tires, it has enough to do the job. Run it in 4Lo, without a doubt. I tug with 3/8 DOT chain, it will never break...

    Keep the stuff with bugs away from the house and then bring it strait into the fire:rock: Locust dries awfully quick, sure its just not heavy wood? How does it burn?

    Dont change the mixture, do about 3-5 heat cyccles cutting small wood (let it come up to rull operating temperture and let it cool down. Dont bury it in wood for at least 5 full tanks

    sounds like the carb needle isnt seating. if you have gas running out the muffler youre about 10 miles past a "flooding"
