I agree. Ted, please repost in Classifieds. I'd have moved your post there, but the Classifieds don't play all that well with the main forum for some reason, and it's just easier to remove your post from here and let you repost it in the right place.

Ok so let me try to follow the reasoning. I found the saw on Craigslist and am buying it for 100.00 because the seller increased the price after 20 plus people called. Knowing it is not a common saw I was stating I would send to someone for the price of shipping and gas....... I just drove 78 miles to get it and it has a 38 inch bar and weighs over 33 lbs. Shipping will be close to 50.00 esp. to the northeast. and I just spent 33.00 in gas (1975 ford 390). So I feel if anyone wants it sent to them for 200.00 this should be fair. It has compression and I posted in Swap or Craigslist because the people on the lookout for this saw will be in those places.
I did not try to rub anyone wrong or muddy the sites waters but I thought since it is on Craigslist and for parts that it was appropriate. If the price was the problem than I would be more than happy to offer it as trade for Jonsereds saws and parts.
Anyway the saw is not too shabby and fired with prime.

Cheers all, Ted
I will repost in the classified. I would have put this somewhere more appropriate if the site search was working. It is tough for me to navigate at the moment.

Sorry but I thought that was how posts were moved to page one now and again. Cheers

For the regular posts, yes. But the swap meet and ebay threads are "stickies" and on their own separate page, ever since someone complained about having to scroll down past them. :dizzy:

They won't show on the first page of the chainsaw forum at all, now, no matter how new the posts are.

If you don't get one headed your way before Thursday, then I can pop one in the mail when I get home from this fire.

It's needed before this GTG in KY. Wiggs and I both forgot that we didn't have one...it's for his entry to the 6 cube event.

Just eBay it and ask 300. I wouldn't have gone through all that for less than 100 bucks unless it was for my father or brother. Sorry suckas...;)

I've got hundreds of .325 tie straps... just the strap, no presets. I think they are Windsor branded. I've used them on either Stihl or Oregon chain before. I believe one of the brands required drilling them out just a hair.
If anybody could use some... let me know.

I'm looking for a fuel cap for my homelite XL. I'd like to find a nos one because the saw is so dang pretty View attachment 314918

Also could use a decent bar and chain for a homelite 150. Doesn't have to be perfect, just tired of cutting circles. No bigger than 16".

Also still looking for an ms180c top cover.

Side note - anybody heard from Saw Garage lately? I can't seem to get ahold of him.
