Ported Poulan/ Sears 3.3, haven't been ambitious enough finish it up. Carb swap going on the carving saw this week, and a new 1/4 pitch conversion with a sweet looking quarter tip bar.

Getting ready to widen the exhaust port on a 5020 and solve an oiling bar issue. Once you get a taste of improvement,it becomes very addictive searching for more power:chainsaw:

No pics but I recently acquired a 1995 polaris 300 2x4. It had a bad spark plug so I got a new one and got the engine to fire off some starting fluid. Got the carb apart and soaking in mineral spirits and waiting for a carb kit for it. It seems like it should make a decent quad for $240.

To heck with the bench, I took the ranger 6x6 to the shop.....you can't beat the man that has all the right tools and knowledge. My saw box took a tumble a week or two ago, I finally sorted out all my chains, now I have to see which need sharpening and which go back in the box. Other than that, paperwork to finish up for the shop.

I see a bunch of 372-2171s, a 346, and a 10mm 044

I got a ms360 pro disassembled. Getting new bearings, seals, whole 9 yards rebuild.

Ms360 vs 036 I just got an 036 thinking of doing the same are they the same or one better than the other? And how will it compair to my 044?

I took the long weekend off. Making the family a nice turkey soup for dinner, just lounging around. Then it's off to work on my Bearcat snowmobile...that won't quite fit on my bench.

Old 041 farmboss that I'm just wondering if its worth it? And eagerly awaiting an 044 that should have been here today that fedex said will arrive on monday.

I'm headed to camp tomorrow, so thoughts of antlers and 70cc will be on my mind all weekend.

Never been a Polaris fan, but you cant beat that price. I cant believe how cheap some of the older ATV's needing work are selling for. I was just on CL a little today browsing around. Our local economy is either worse than it was, or stuff just isn't worth much anymore. Built 400ex with bad motor (aftermarket suspension, etc.) for 500 bones (if I remember right), Kawasaki Lakota for 300 bucks, and some other finds. I may have to rediscover an old hobby! :)

MS260 right now and an MS280 after that.Hopefully a TS400 after that as time Weather and Funds allow.

I may actually Muffler mod a Echo CS400 I bought a few weeks ago.Took it off yesterday to see what all it would take. Those 10 pound Catalytic pieces of Junk Suck.
