Splitter Table TSC 22 ton with pics
Found some time today to make my splitter table , its a fun easy project if anyone is on the fence about trying one. The dimensions are 20 '' by 30'' , the 30'' length extends far enough to cover and protect the filter . Used 1 1/2 angle , 3/16 thick , just bolt a piece of the angle to the I beam in the two 7/16 holes that are already there and one more hole on the one end for added strength if you want , then come off your angle at a upward slant and then add a piece across to make a four sided box . I used ruff cut boards for the rest of the table , with the upward slant it doesn't need to come off to use the splitter in the vertical position . If you position the angle the right way the boards will lay inside the angle and then just run a couple drill tipped tek screws to hold them down. There's not much to it once you get going on it , if anyone wants a couple pics let me know.
