Just got a Jonsered 2150 with a trashed piston and cylinder. I want to put new stuff on it but not sure which size jug and piston to use. Do I go with the 45mm or the 44.3. My end goal is to make it a 2153/346xp.

So I have a Jonsered 2172 that needed a new piston and cylinder, the kit I bought was working great until! I realized it's not going to work with the intake tube to the carb. The p&c are from a 2171, so I guess my question is, will an intake tube from a 2171 solve my problem.

So I ordered a meteor cylinder and piston kit for a Jred 2172 and when I got it I realized the piston only had a single ring on it. My question is how big of a deal is it, should I buy another piston that has a double ring on it. It's really only another $40 to get a piston with two rings.

I recently bought a blown up husky 359 and Jred 2172 for $150, I have the stuff to fix the jred but need new parts for the 359. There are a bunch of after market cylinders out there but I have no idea which are junk and which are good. Any help is much appreciated, or if anyone has a good but...

I need help finding a piston and cylinder for a 2011 Jonsered 2172. I can find everything for a husqvarna 372 except the cylinder is not a match for the 2172. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks

I just got a nice John Deere 25ev from a friend and was wondering if anyone could give me some info on it. It runs and works as it should, it's in good shape. So I guess I was wondering what it's worth and if anyone knows even what cc it would be considered.

Does my saw need retuned if I put a new muffler on it? The new muffler has more holes in it then the old one. I took off an aftermarket muffler and put a stock stihl muffler that has more exhaust ports and is less restrictive.

ok so what is the differance between an 8 tooth and 7 tooth sprocket. Also is there any advantage to using 3/8 vs 375. I am trying to pick the right one to put on a stihl 360pro that I want to run a 20in b&c. Thanks for any advice

What is a good aftermarket bar to put on a saw, or should I just stick with buying a replacement bar from stihl?

I just put a 390 jug on my old 029 and do not have a place in the plastic for the decompression valve. My question is, would I be better off using a locktight and just running the bolt in, or should I use a pipe thread sealant on it?

I am rebuiling a Stihl 029 into a 039 and my question is this, There is no actual cylinder gasket. There is only a spot to fill it with a gasket sealant, So what would be the best stuff to use on it. Should I just use the stuff from Stihl or is there a better gasket sealant out there. Any help...
