372 clutch on 385??

Is this gonna work? Looks like it might if bring drum along? any body try this? Issues with seal or oring on slinger? Part numbers are different, but thot it might work. Im not gonna hop the 385 or push it too hard..... tnx

It will not work, too many parts are different, clutch, clutch drum, oiler pinion, and oiler. The crankshaft on the pto side is a larger dia where the oiler pinion revolves.
FWIW just get the correct parts for the 385.

Yeah but I have this affliction---- all these parts lying around--- I ought to able to use them SOMEWHERE!!!
