The situation has not changed and it isn't from me running to hide, avoiding the issue or anything else I have control over.

Ask yourself why I'm so persistent if I'm indeed in the wrong. Only one goal here others can connect the dots yet have chosen not to.

@huskihl is right. Start at the start by manning up and admitting you fuqed the guy over. Then proceed to making it right. Paying him double the cost of the saw would be a good move given the time you have had it and his loss of use. I'd just cut Randy a check and I am sure he will get it to him. Randy loves sunshine blown up his azz, is very thin skinned and runs that other place like his personal kingdom but I also believe him to be a honest man and his track record bares this out.

Aint no way Randy is going to get anything from LP. The saw will go from LP direct to the seller.

That’s why it will never happen. The owner doesn’t want any communication with Kenny now, at all. The only way this whole thing happens is if Kenny gets it ported, or not, and sends it to a mediator. And then the mediator sends it to the owner. But it was pretty clear a year ago that Kenny wasn’t willing to send it to a mediator that was offering to help.

There are guys over there that have the owners contact info

Seems like this happens with some regularity among the second-tier porters. Every couple years someone pulls a number like this. Sometimes it's a one-off, others it is a bunch of people and saws. Sad.
