Hey Buck or are you Lucky. What kind of babble was this? You don't make much sense. I don't climb ladders very often. Only when needed and certainly not to work on a tree. I did cut the stump at ground level.
You mentioned a ladder in your post and you mention that you were born on a ladder in your profile. Do you work with ladders a lot? Are you an orchardist? They work trees with ladders. What kind of trees do you work with? Fruit? That makes me wonder about your interesting user name too. Does it pertain to your desires? Are you into divient activities? hmm, makes one wonder. What contributions do you add to this site with stupid ass posts like above? Yeah...I think you really are lucky...lucky if I don't ever meet you, you useless lucky Mucker Futter.

Buck Futter was a SNL character devised by Will Ferrell, I thought some may find it humorous, I had been Lucky001 for quite a while and others with Lucky in their name had been posting, for distintction I requested my name changed by the moderators. As for my use of ladders, yes I do use ladders occasionally but ya caught me I wasn't acually born on the ladder. I've also strapped on hooks once or twice and have taken a couple trips in a bucket as well. The only time I am in an orchard is in the fall when I take my family on a yearly excursion to pick apples. To find out I was formerly Lucky001 you obviously looked back at my previous posts, did you notice any post that may have been conceived as useful?
Deviant activities, Well I was a squid for 6 years thats the biggest bunch of deviant, delinquint, derelicts you'll never meet. So I guess the shoe fits.

I must aplogize as I see you are much thinner skinned than I assume you were considering how long you have been around here. I thought you would have a better sense of humor.
Thank you for the threat you have truly exposed your character and provided me with an education as I had previously assumed everyone on here was good natured and all were out for some fun and to talk saws a little.

I do not wish to argue with you, however you did post pictures showing that the stumps were not flush cut. Oh well lifes to short its like they say
Non illigitamus carborundum

My best wishes to you Elmore, may the coming years of your life was away your bitter outlook.
Die dulci freure

Kind regards

Buck

Okay...no problem...enough with the latin. If I cut the stump down flush with the surface of the ground I wouldn't have a pedestal to place my saw on for the pic. Like I said that Maple stump is now flush with the ground. The Pine stump in the second pic is still there. My wife wanted it cut to the ground but upon observing the contour of the ground in that area I decided to leave it. It is located in a grassy area that requires mowing. At that spot the tree's root system caused the ground be a number of inches higher than the surrounding surface and if I took the stump down to the ground it would cause trouble when mowing. The mower could likely bottom out at the peak of the raised area and the blade could very well come into contact with the, as of yet, un-decomposed basil end of said Pine. This could damage the mower so with this Pine I will leave the stump to rot and steer clear of it until it does so. Probably 2-3 seasons. Stumps are useful...they have a purpose...to support your saw when you take photos.

Automobiles and saws

Well we last bought American. Grand Prix GT. Good value at the time. Resale not so good but the 3800 series III engine has proven itself reliable, economical and powerful enough for me. 98% North American components (hey ain't Mexico in North America?). Final assembly in a foreign land though...Canada ehh. I have followed Honda cars beginning in the mid-seventies and the only other make that seemed to smoke more was Chrysler. My ten year old Makita was a good deal and since using Mobil synthetic it seems to smoke less than an old Honda or Chryler. I'm not saying my saw is any better than anyone elses but for what I paid it was a good investment.
Plant flowers??? heh heh
Why plant flowers when you can plant Japanese Maples?

Tony......you are a joke.

Teaching a 5 year old to run a saw? Although he is probably more mature than you, he is too young to be messing with them.

You say you don't want to beat a dead horse, but you go and start another thread bashing Dolmar. You have practically no chance of getting ANY other saw vendor to do business with you at this point. They won't touch you with a ten foot pole,(or is it pole saw?). Your only hope is to try one of those companies in China selling Stihl knockoffs. But you have to buy 200 at a time, which for you is about a 12 year supply. I wonder if the Chinese govt has floorplan. Of course you have to be a real business to get floorplan. Is that where you get yours' Thall? Seems like the biggest part of your day was sitting around waiting to get a haircut. How often does that happen in your part of the country?

Scott;

Don't send this clown an air filter. He doesn't deserve one.

Maybe the rest of us real Dolmar dealers should petition Dolmar that we will all DROP the line if they re-sign this guy? All of this fuss from a "dealer" whose entire local customer base could sit around his kitchen table.

Another issue: I know that there are certainly horrible dealers out there. I'm lucky to have a couple of them fairly close to me, which has helped me to have a very succesful business. But reading between the lines here, the reason a lot of you guys like dealers like Tony is because they aren't in it for the money, and charge accordingly. This appeals to some of you who are extreamly CHEAP. They throw in freebies, don't always charge tax, they'll fix your saw while they are eating dinner.

Tony; If you want to play with saws with your friends, go ahead and enjoy yourself. But don't expect to make a living at it. You are not a business person, as you are continuing to demonstrate. You have shown that you are not capable of resolving issues on your own, which a real business person must be able to do. Instead, you throw a public tantrum on this site and hope that buy stomping your feet and crying like a baby, that you will get your way.

To you other guys who have been egging him on; you are killing him with your support. You are pumping him up, saying "we're with you Tony". But you are not with him. Nobody is. The poor fool is all alone. You are like a bunch of kids in the school yard trying to get two other kids to fight so you can watch.

This whole thing is actually kind of pathetic, and it will be nice when Tony finds another hobby.

Hello Spike. How ya doing. I overlooked that post of yours above Sunday, I must have been out getting my haircut. Seems you wanna know how often does a man get a haircut in the DC area. Most likely as much as those folks in the NY area wouldn't ya think? Looking at what you said to Tony there though, calling him a cry baby, a poor fool, a joke, and a clown. Why all the anger Spike? Heck you even went on to say some of the guys on here are quote "extremely CHEAP", unquote over getting something free, dayumm. Would you pay for something free Spike? Why are you so heated up? You even ran ya mouth to him about his 5 yr old boy. Thats low, mighty low and don't lie and say you was looking out for the boy, you said it to get another punch in on Tony. Here in Va that's a a-- whooping offence and your due yours now. We all know why Tony is mad. Most of us merely consoled him and let him vent but it seems his Dolmar brothern has decided to stomp him while he is down. Had you just let him vent this story would be on the shelf and collecting dust by now. Looking at your post there you seem to be mad as a hornet. You say Tony is crying, well it looks from your temper written post there your boo hooing pretty hard ya self and though I'm a day late I'm here to help ya. I mean you did ask about my haircut ya know. Since I just got a haircut and its sorta cold outside how bout you send me a free Dolmar hat to keep my head warm out of the kindness of your heart. In return I'll send you a box of kleenex so you can dry those eyes and stop boo hooing about Tony. Deal? I'm figuring if that hat keeps my head as warm as you are right about now this winter will be a piece of cake. :) :)

Elmore I'm mad at ya now, talking bout my new Ram pickup, grrrrrrrrrrr, hahahaha. Hey your way down south, how well do the mellons grow where you are. I grew one here a few years back that was 55 lbs. Not huge by no means but for Va not bad. I sat it on a bathroon flat scale out in the garden and just let it grow on it. Now is that high tech or what, ya know what it weighs before you pluck it off the vein......................

MAD...your mad at me now. I thought you said there wasn't any hate in your ol' cat fur. What kind of cat are ya Thall? Your'e not one of those polka dotted Viginia Pole Cats, are ya? Accusing my saw of being a "High Yeller". No sir...it's a German ninja. It's a shame that Stihl won't supply you with a complimentary cap...what with you gettin' your mullet chopped, that cold head and all. They probably don't respect you as a bonified Stihl dealer...you know, keeping your stock of superior saws out yonder in the shed and all. heh heh :)

Ya know by Joe you are right. I'm gonna call my distributor and ask him why they aint sent me a free hat of late. I'm gonna tellem its gotton so bad I had to stoop so low and ask one of the Dolmar brothern to send me a hat, I'm gonna threaten them that if I don't get a free hat then by joe someone else can roll out that $200,000 worth of Stihl I have in stock. I betcha I get a hat then. You know what else Elmore I give away hats all day to all those cheap customers. They never ask if they can pay for it after I say its free, now aint that a blow. Your right about my "superior" saws out in da shed here at the house. I'm gonna go cover them with a electric blanket tonite. I mean they do serve me well. I usually loadem on back of the Ram and head down to the woods and just drop the tailgate and say getem boys. Now when your bonified lightening Ninga can do that Elmore you get that baby a blanket too ya hear, hahahaha.

Not quite sure how a real Stihl dealer could have the time to post so many "inane" LOL messages into one thread:dizzy: My local Stihl dealers are truly busy. Anytime I've walked in, you'll only see one on a computer if they're ringing up a sale. If they're not dealing with customers or ringing up sales, they're working on maintenance/repairs. Not playing around on the computer:dizzy:

LOL, you are 100% correct about the busy part and yes I'm just playing around on this new Dell. I like your post. It adds to the facts some don't seem to like on here. As for this long thread it is shows alot about some dealers hammering on thier brothern. Soon as they leave that feller alone this thread will surely conclude. Inane and dizzy, I agree with you, it is getting old when its being done on purpose to defend one of their own.
